Treebo's pure-play technology company is called Hotel Superhero. With time, Treebo realized that the technological solutions they had developed in-house were genuinely state-of-the-art and unmatched in the sector. Thus, they made the decision to externalize and profit from them as a SaaS company. They provide an integrated, user-friendly, and incredibly strong hotel administration software as part of Hotel Superhero, which meets all of the technological requirements of lodging facilities. Conduct campus hiring to hire interns for the tech team. Positions to fill included Backend Intern, Frontend Intern, and Software Development (SDET) Intern.

The Assessments & Results
Equip has an entire gamut of technical and non-technical skills available to choose from its Question Banks.
Using Equip's Question Banks, the team conducted Quizzes for multiple technical skills such as SQL, Webservers, Data Structures and Algorithms, Aptitude for Engineering Roles for Backend Developers and created Custom Tests with their own questions for SDET and Frontend Developers.
Along with these Quizzes, they also conducted Programming and SQL tests within the same assessment. The objective questions in MCQ Quizzes and coding questions in the Programming Tests provided a well-rounded overview of the candidates' technical skills. Based on it the candidates were shortlisted for the interviews.
The campus placement assessments were set up within a week and hundreds of candidates attempted them over the next few months. When a lot of students attempt assessments at scale, the anti-cheating features on Equip play a major role to prevent students from cheating on the tests. Along with the proctoring summary and the trust score, the session recording feature shows a replay of candidates' screen recordings to see how they interacted with their screens while attempting the assessment.
