The Remedy of Blended Assessments

Team Practo created 23 assessments to fill in several developer positions such as Backend, Java, Software, UI, and Android. They also conducted assessments for internships and Business Analysts.

They used Quizzes and Programming tests, some of which were Custom Tests with their questions, and the others from Equip's Question Banks. Within a single assessment, they could conduct multiple tests for MCQs and coding questions.

With an average duration of 90 minutes per assessment, Practo shortlisted 11.74% candidates of the thousands who applied to these positions.

A Joint Operation by the Recruiters and Tech Teams

A classic challenge with tech hiring is the recruiters' dependency on the tech teams for their technical know-how, approvals and assessments.
