Founder’s note
We equip companies with tools that they can use to hire better. We equip candidates with insights that help them grow professionally. We think these are two sides to the same coin. Not many others think this way about the market, which we are confident is huge. So, we love the space we are in! We can innovate, play positive-sum games and (hopefully) make a lot of money in the process ;)
We’ve been at this problem since 2020, building the product one feature at a time. We started with a proctoring tool, added quizzes, then other test types, then question banks, AI Interviews, CV shortlisting, and so on. Each feature has helped compound the product. We will continue our endeavor to help Teams and Talent discover each other more efficiently.
