Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You pay only the prorated difference, and we grant the prorated credits alongside it.

Yes, from the start of your next cycle. If your team is above the new plan's seat cap, we will ask which members to remove before it takes effect.

A credit is Equip's internal currency, and 1 credit is $1. Your plan adds credits to the account every cycle, and they are deducted as candidates take assessments and AI interviews.

No. Each renewal adds to your balance rather than resetting it, so anything you did not spend carries forward.

We charge the card on file at the start of each period and add that period's credits to your balance.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period rather than immediately. At that point the credit balance is set to zero, so spend what you have before the period ends.

You set the questions and the answer format. The candidate records video, audio or text in their own time, and Equip AI grades it against the prompts you wrote. $1, one credit, per candidate.

You set general topics or themes, and the Equip AI bot holds a real back-and-forth with the candidate, the way an interviewer would. $2 to $3 per candidate.
