Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) sets out how we handle the candidate personal data we process on your behalf when you hire with Equip: what we may do with it, how we keep it secure, which sub-processors we use, how we tell you about a breach, and how the data is returned or deleted.
It is a standard agreement that applies to every customer, unless you have signed a separate data processing agreement with us, which governs instead. It forms part of our Recruiter Terms of Service, so it binds both of us from the moment you use Equip. There is nothing to sign or return. The PDF below is already signed by Equip, for your records and for your own customers or auditors.

Sub-processors
The current list of the sub-processors we use is the Third-Party Service Providers section of our Privacy Policy. We update it at least fourteen (14) days before a new sub-processor starts processing candidate data, so the DPA does not have to be reissued each time.
Our security practices, SOC 2 Type 2 report and ISO 27001 certificate are available through our Trust Center.
