Shipping and Exchange

Equip is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped, so there is no delivery address, no shipping charge, no dispatch or tracking, and no physical item to return or exchange.

What you buy is access to the Platform and credits, which are spent as candidates take assessments and AI interviews. Delivery is electronic: as soon as a payment succeeds, the credits are added to your team's balance and are available to every member of your team.
